  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tablespoons sliced raw nuts (try Almonds, cashews, or walnuts)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened granola

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
